Jimmy will in this talk present his views on how to bridge the gap in understanding between developers, business management, and lawyers. All critical components in implementing CRA conformant procedures within an organization. This talk will introduce standards, best practices, and frameworks such as OpenChain ISO 5230, Telco SBOM Guide, and others to ensure that a common frame of reference can exist between these function and how having these common frames of reference can help address risk, and get various organizational functions working together with a common end goal, where their individual milestones and motivations might be very different.
