Conference registration

You can register for a full conference including workshops on Wednesday Oct 1st or just the conference Thursday and Friday Oct 2-3 2025.

Standard pricing:

  • Full Conference (including workshops): 9.950 SEK ex VAT
  • Conference only: 7.500 SEK ex VAT

Early bird pricing (registration before August 1st 2025):

  • Full conference (including workshops): Early bird 8.500 SEK ex VAT
  • Conference only: Early bird at 6.000 SEK ex VAT

The conference is priced in SEK (Swedish Krona) ex VAT. VAT will be billed even to EU companies due to VAT rules for conferences. After registration you will receive an invoice and payment instructions in email. The registration is valid when the invoice is fully paid. You can pay using credit card (using PayPal) – instructions follow the invoice.

Terms & conditions
By registering you accept our registration terms, payment terms and the code of conduct for the conference (please see links to the right). Invoice will be sent by email to the address given above. When paying, make sure the invoice number is used as a reference. Registration is valid after we have received payment.
