Johanna Parikka Altensted

Johanna Parikka Altenstedt will highlight the need of human firewalls as a tool of cybersecurity in modern organizations. A human firewall is a team within an organization that serves as a human layer of protection, where employees are sufficiently trained to help secure the network.
Human firewalls follow the best practices for identifying and preventing suspicious or malicious activity, including data breaches that may bypass traditional cybersecurity systems. A human firewall means addressing the weakest link in the system by providing comprehensive training, simulations, practice, and relevance for employees. So how does the human firewall work with SBOMS and how do we organize such firewalls?
