Pedro holds a PhD in law and is a qualified lawyer turned application security engineer. His work focuses on the intersection of software security, supply chain risk, and EU cybersecurity regulation.
He is the co-founder of Norigen, where he works on mapping third-party components and suppliers to affected products and releases, helping security teams identify exploitable risk and respond to emerging regulatory requirements such as the Cyber Resilience Act.
