We are proud and grateful that you want to be part of the Nordic Software Security Summit 2025! This is the second year we organise this conference, which started to create a forum for discussion and knowledge sharing based on ideas in Cybernode.se – part of the EU Cybersecurity Competence Network. The organisers, Edvina AB, is a small company focusing on consulting and training – we’re only two persons. But we have organised plenty of events before, from Astricon in Georgia, USA, with over 500 participants to small events in Sweden.

Please email us your presentation – before and after the event

We know how it can be, but would of course prefer if we could get your presentation in advance of the conference, even if you make changes later. The final presentation we would like in PPT, Keynote or PDF format for publication on the web site, preferably during the conference. Mail it to info (at) edvina.net.

Please bring your own laptop with a HDMI connector for your presentation. If you can not do this, please contact us before the conference to arrange a solution. Be available on the conference floor in good time and test your system in a break before your session starts.

We also recommend uploading a copy of your presentation to a cloud service or USB stick before travelling to the conference. You never know what happens.

Conference logotypes to be included in the presentation can be found here.

Due to budget constraints we can’t record video of all tracks at the conference. Depending upon sales and pricing, we may decide to record a few sessions.

Hotel and travels

Stockholm has multiple airports you can fly in to, but only one central train station. The Arlanda airport is the main airport and has both buses and a fast airport train that will take you downtown. In addition there’s a local commuter train – “Pendeltåg” – that is cheaper than the airport train “Arlanda Express”. For Taxi, we recommend either SverigeTaxi or TAXI Stockholm, both available at the airport. Stockholm has a very good public transportation system – including buses, trams, trains and the subway which is an art gallery by itself. Getting around is easy.

If you want to stay at the Birger Jarl hotel, we have reserved 30 rooms at a special price – 1.850 SEK/night (incl VAT). Breakfast is included. To book, email group.meeting@birgerjarl.se and specify booking code 120775. These are available until September 1st. If you don’t make it to that date, please contact us to see if we can organise a discount for you. There are other options available, sometimes with a lower price but some commute. Let us help you.

Participation in the conference is of course free for all speakers. We will not reimburse any travel costs, if not agreed upon before we accepted your talk.

Modification to web site

If you want to modify text or pictures on the web site, please contact us via chat or email – info (at) edvina.net. Please do so in good time before the conference. There is a web page for each speaker and each session. In addition, we’re adding information regularly to LinkedIn and other social media channels about the event.

Contacts

During the conference Harriet and Erik will be available to assist you. Olle will probably be busy running around fixing stuff and avoiding panic mode…
