Monika Kullberg is a psychologist with 20 years of experience in leadership, behaviour change and organizational transformation. She is currently a manager of Security Culture at Sandvik Group, where she focuses on making cybersecurity more human-centered. At H&M Group, she introduced a behaviour change model to support secure behaviours. Her background also includes humanitarian leadership as former President of Doctors Without Borders. She was recognized as Organizational Psychologist of the Year for her work at the intersection of psychology and cybersecurity.
